Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. In rare cases—such as large-volume orders or unforeseen circumstances—processing times may be extended. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, excluding France. Please note that we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Delivery (€0) for orders of €40 or more.
  • Standard Delivery (€10) for orders below €40.

All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • We work with reputable logistics providers, including Viva Express, DPD, GLS, DHL, FedEx, and Kühne & Nagel, to ensure secure and timely delivery.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Payment Methods

We strive to make the payment process straightforward and secure. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay

All payments must be made in euros (€). You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

Returns and Refunds

  • You may return eligible goods within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
