CROSS 90 Balance enriches water with calcium for improved taste and health benefits. With smart features, high efficiency, and a sleek design, they seamlessly combine functionality with modern aesthetics. Reduces PFAS content by up to 99%.
CROSS 90 Balance filter uses a three-stage water purification system that effectively removes impurities, including bacteria, viruses, and harmful chemicals. The main filtration stages are described below:
Composite polypropylene and carbon block filter
In the first stage, water passes through a filter that traps sediment such as sand and rust, while also reducing chlorine content, organic compounds, and petrochemicals. This provides basic water purification and prepares it for the next stages.
Reverse osmosis membrane (600 GPD)
In the second stage, water undergoes molecular purification through a reverse osmosis membrane, which removes up to 99.8% of impurities, including bacteria and viruses. This process ensures the highest level of water purity.
Carbon block & mineralizing postfilter
The final stage involves passing water through an activated carbon postfilter, which improves the taste and odor of the water, providing final purification before consumption. Mineral fortification: adds calcium for improved taste and health benefits.

Smart indication and features of CROSS 90 Balance filter
Indication of replacement filters condition
CROSS 90 Balance filter system is equipped with a smart color-coded indicator on both the faucet and the front panel. This feature serves as a convenient reminder to change the replacement filters.
- Green light: Indicates that the filter's capacity is sufficient.
- Purple light: Signals that the filter's capacity is running low, prompting preparation for replacement.
- Red light: Alerts that the filter's capacity is exhausted and immediate replacement is required.
An additional sound indication complements this system: one short beep indicates the capacity is running out, and two short beeps signal that replacement is necessary.
Indication of purified water quality
The smart color indicator also monitors and reflects the quality of the purified water. Any deterioration in water quality triggers a warning, ensuring that users are aware when it's time to replace the filters to maintain optimal water purity.
Smart functions
- Membrane auto flushing: To enhance the membrane's lifespan and maintain high purification efficiency, the CROSS90 Balance automatically flushes the membrane at each connection to the network, 5 minutes after each water intake, and after a 12-hour standby period.
- Leakage protection: If any leaks are detected inside the filter, the system will automatically shut off the inlet water to prevent any damage or flooding.
- Not-closed faucet indication: If the faucet is left open for 30 minutes, the filter will emit a sound signal. If the faucet remains open, the system will automatically shut off the inlet water 3 minutes after the buzzer sounds, effectively preventing potential flooding.

Smart indication
INDICATION OF REPLACEMENT FILTERS CONDITION
- A color indication on the purified water faucet and the front panel of the filter reminds of the need to change the replacement filters.
- Additional sound indication (1 short signal - the capacity is running out, 2 short signals - replacement is required).
INDICATION OF PURIFIED WATER QUALITY
- The color indication on the front panel of the filter warns about the deterioration of water quality and the need to change the replacement filters.
Smart functions
Membrane auto flushing: The filter activates flushing of the membrane element at each connection to the network, 5 minutes after each water intake, and after each 12-hour standby.
Increased membrane service life and purifying efficiency
- Leakage protection: The filter automatically shuts off the inlet water if any leaks are detected inside the filter.
- Not-closed faucet indication: The filter notifies you with a sound signal after 30 minutes if you forget to close the faucet. It automatically shuts off the inlet water 3 minutes after the buzzer sounds to prevent flooding.

Cartridge replacement frequency
- Ecosoft CF complex prefilter for CROSS filters (CF): Replace every 12 months.
- Ecosoft 600 GPD membrane element for CROSS 90 (RO): Replace every 24 months.
- Ecosoft MCB carbon block & mineralizing postfilter for CROSS 90 Balance (MCB): Replace every 12 months.
Easy and Dry Cartridge Replacement
Replacing the cartridges is quick and straightforward, requiring only two simple steps. When you twist the cartridge to remove it, the inlet water flow automatically shuts off, ensuring a clean and dry replacement process.
A color-coded indicator on both the purified water faucet and the filter's front panel will alert you when it’s time to replace the cartridges. Additionally, a sound indication system provides extra alerts: one short beep signals that the filter's capacity is nearing exhaustion, and two short beeps indicate that a replacement is needed.
