The cartridge consists of a cylindrical briquette of compressed charcoal. It is made from coconut shells.
During filtration, the water passes through a layer of compressed activated carbon, which absorbs chlorine and organochlorine compounds, reduces the concentration of heavy and non-ferrous metals, as well as phenol, oil products and pesticides.
