RObust 3000MAX direct flow reverse osmosis is designed to supply purified water to various equipment, such as ice makers, steamers, ovens, dishwashers, dispensers, and more. This versatile system is ideal for installation in restaurants, water production facilities, small breweries, car washes, private homes, and other settings where high-quality water is essential.
Reverse Osmosis process
Reverse osmosis is the most advanced water purification technology. Thanks to a semi-permeable membrane, it effectively removes almost all harmful contaminants, including bacteria and viruses. The membrane’s pores are 200 times smaller than viruses and 4000 times smaller than bacteria, ensuring exceptional water purity.
Filtration principle
The filtration system operates by separating the incoming water into two streams:
- Purified water (permeate), which is safe for consumption.
- Concentrate, which contains retained impurities and is discharged into the drain.
RObust 3000MAX features two Ecosoft reverse osmosis membranes, which not only guarantee high-quality water but also significantly increase system performance. This allows for a continuous flow of purified water without the need for a storage tank.
Smart & user-friendly design
The filter is equipped with an intuitive connection panel with easy-to-understand icons for simplified operation. Special indicators monitor system performance, ensuring timely cartridge replacements. Additionally, advanced automation protects the pump from dry running, enhancing the system’s reliability and longevity.

1 At feed water TDS of 250 ppm and temperature of feed water of 25 °С, ±10%.
2 If pressure of water in your system does not meet requirement, install a pressure booster pump to raise it. Ifwater pressure exceeds the upper limit, install a pressure regulator before the RObust.
3 Using the RObust with feed water temperature between +20 and +30 °С produces a lower rejection rate andhigher flow rate, which yields higher TDS of purified water. Using the system with feed water above +30 °С isadvised against.

RObust 3000MAX direct flow reverse osmosis filter is designed for cold water purification only.
Pressure monitoring
The front panel features two pressure gauges:
- Inlet pressure gauge: Displays pressure after the pre-filters.
- Pump pressure gauge: Displays pressure after the membrane block.
Recommended pressure values and troubleshooting tips are provided on the panel. If pressure drops below the recommended levels, follow the instructions to diagnose potential issues.
Pre-filtration cartridges
Replace pre-filters after 40,000 liters of water filtration or at least every 6 months.
- If the pressure after the pre-filters drops below 1 bar, the cartridges may be clogged.
- Delaying replacement may damage or reduce the lifespan of the membrane.
Reverse osmosis membranes
Replace after 70,000 liters of water filtration or at least once per year if filtration speed decreases.
Downtime maintenance
If the filter remains unused for more than 2 weeks, it should be disinfected before resuming operation. The disinfection procedure is detailed in the user manual.

Equipped with pressure gauges, the system continuously monitors pump conditions. This ensures stable performance and helps identify maintenance needs before they become critical, enhancing the longevity of the system.
