This valve is intended to cut feed water supply during regeneration of the purification system, and will not let the feed water be supplied to the consumer.
It is applied in all the backfill filters with CE1″ and CE125″ reagent control valves. The valve is used in manufacture of the DUPLEX, TRIPLEX and other systems, as well as in the schemes related to operation for storage tanks.

An automatic two-way valve is installed on the output line of each filter, which closes the supply of raw water to the consumer. A signal cable is used to connect the valve to the control valve of the filter (it is also the supply cable).When regeneration starts, the filter control valve switches the bypass valve to the closed state. After the end of the flush - two-way valve goes to its usuall open state.
To prevent supply of unpurified water to consumer during regeneration of one of the filters, at the outlet line of each filter NHBP (no hard water bypass) valve is installed. The NHBP valve is connected with the cable to the special connector of the filter’s control valve. In the beginning of regeneration, the control valve switches the NHBP valve into the off-state. By this, it blocks the access of unpurified water to consumer. After the regeneration the NHBP valve returns to its on-state.
The valve requires regular maintenance which involves thorough cleaning of the flow distributor and other elements of the valve. The service should be performed by qualified staff.
