The Ecosoft constant dosing station is intended for dosing of water solutions of chemical reagents used in water treatment for pH adjustment and reduction of water corrosive activity. It might be also used for special-purpose reagents, including antiscalants and biocides.

Operation of the dosing station presents accurate supply of small volumes of reagents from the tank into the water flow line with a dosing pump. The dosing pump sucks the solution out of the reagent tank, and delivers its certain volume to the system.

A filter is installed at the suction valve of the dosing pump to prevent sediments from entering the pump resulting in its clogging.

For sound and durable operation of the dosing station it is necessary to control the level of the solution in the reagent tank.

If the reagent is going to be changed (and the pump materials allow that), the dosing station must be washed well with water to remove remains of previous solutions.

It is necessary to add the new portion of the solution to the reagent tank when there is still some solution left in it. The current volume of the solution in the tank should be taken into consideration when calculating the volume of water and reagents.

It is necessary to regularly clean and wash the foot filter installed at the suction valve of the dosing pump.
