EPUROCET W320 is an organic product that prevents scale formation and corrosion by creating a protective film, used for hot water boilers, closed cooling systems and cooling systems. The polyamines contained in EPUROCET W320 create a protective film on the metal surface that is an impermeable barrier between dissolved oxygen and the metal surface thus preventing oxygen corrosion.

EPUROCET W320 is used for systems with aluminum radiators and increases the pH to 8.3...8.5. Recommended for use in installations where water is in contact with steel, copper and its alloys, aluminum and its alloys.

The film-forming amines contained in EPUROCET W320 alter the crystal structure of calcium carbonate to form an easily removable precipitate.

Scale formation decrease due to the presence of copolymers.

Polyamines are effective due to the formation of a monomolecular layer on the surface of the metal, creating a barrier between water and the metal surface: the diffusion of dissolved oxygen in the water, and corrosion through this film is reduced by 90%. Copper pipes protected due to the presence of a special corrosion inhibitor.

The presence of both film-forming and neutralizing amines causes complex treatment of water.

Neutralizing amines bind free carbon dioxide and help maintain the required pH, increasing the effectiveness of film-forming amines.

EPUROCET W320 quantity dosed depends on many parameters (such as temperature, total hardness, etc.). A typical dose is 1 liter per 1 m3.

At the start EPUROCET W320 must be entered directly into the flow. Processing of the feed water can be performed by an automatic dispensing system in proportion to water consumption.

The parts of the dispensing devices contacting the product must be made of alkali-resistant materials (PVC, PE, etc.). The material Viton should be avoided. EPUROCET W320 should be dosed undiluted.

The EPUROCET W320 content can be determined from the concentration of film-forming amines by titration or photometry. The minimum residual concentration of polyamines should be maintained at a level of 1 g/m3.

EPUROCET W320 effectiveness dosage should be checked additionally by measuring the pH.
