Basic information

The replacement filter contains 100% high-quality activated granular coconut shell carbon.

The filter reduces content of chlorine and chlorination by-products, concentration of heavy and non-ferrous metals, phenol, oil products and pesticides. Improves color, taste and odor of water.

The filter’s extended capacity is 60 000 L. The filter housing is made of pure European food grade plastic.

The filter is used as one of the stages of water treatment for 3-stage and reverse osmosis filters.

Can replace filters of the standard size of 4.5’’×20’’ produced by other manufacturers.

The filter represents a cylinder vessel containing filter media, which is the activated coconut shell carbon. During the filter operation water flows through the media which absorbs chlorine and chlorination by-products, reduces concentration of heavy and non-ferrous metals, phenol, oil products and pesticides. Improves color, taste and odor of the water.

The replacement filter is intended for cold borehole water only.

The filter capacity depends on the quality of feed water, and might fluctuate from the values indicated above.

Do not exceed the recommended filtration rate, this can lead to deterioration of water purification quality.  

Before use, plunge a new replacement filter into cold water, and keep it submerged at least during 8 hours.

After the filter replacement, discharge at least 10 liters of filtered water into the sewer.

The filter is recommended to be replaced every 3 months, regardless of the volume of consumed water.
