Export manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of export sales within the trusted territory

  • Accounts management (customers’ orders)

  • New accounts development

  • Holding talks, signing contracts

  • Monitoring and analysis of the export markets, prices, competitors’ activity

  • Control of payments’ due dates, status of receivables

  • Participation in international fairs and marketing activities

  • Elaboration and control of implementation of the marketing activities

  • Organization of trainings, conferences and product presentations

  • Analysis of accomplished tasks and achieved indicators

  • Reporting to the head of the international sales department

Requirements:

  • Higher education

  • At least 2 years’ experience at the position of export manager

  • Fluent English, including business correspondence

  • Other foreign languages is a strong +

  • Successful negotiator, excellent communicative skills

  • Skills of preparation and performance of presentations

  • Basic knowledge of customs legislation

  • Familiarity with the procedure of international contracts signing and fulfillment  

  • Ready to travel (business trips)

  • Personal qualities: self-disciplined, consistent, pro-active, result-oriented, flexible, responsible
